How do I choose a compatible hub?
Check the wireless protocol and compatibility section on the device page. Aqara Zigbee accessories need a compatible Aqara hub. Matter-over-Thread devices need a compatible Matter controller and Thread border router. Requirements vary by product and platform.

Open the product page and look for the manual, downloads and FAQ sections. Aqara’s official support site also provides product documentation. Follow the guide for your exact model and regional version.
How do I track an order?
Open the order-status link in your confirmation email. Tracking appears there when shipment details are added. Contact us with the order number if you need assistance.
Can I install a wired switch myself?
Electrical devices must match the supply voltage, load, wiring and mounting box. Use a qualified installer for mains wiring and follow the model-specific installation guide. A US model should not be assumed suitable for Kuwait wiring.
