Hub M200 brings compatible Aqara Zigbee, Thread and Matter devices into Aqara Home, with Matter controller, Thread border router and Matter bridge functions.
Use dual-band Wi-Fi or Ethernet with PoE, or power through USB-C. The 360° infrared controller supports compatible appliances and air-conditioning automations. A built-in speaker supports alerts and custom sounds.
Supported local automations can continue without internet; cloud notifications and other online functions still require a connection.

Matter Hub for Aqara and Third-Party Devices
The M200 is your central smart home command center, seamlessly connecting Matter, Thread, and Aqara Zigbee devices to all your favorite ecosystems.
With a built-in Matter Controller, Thread Border Router, and advanced Matter bridging, it brings native Aqara experiences right into your preferred platform, all with robust local control.
Manage a wide range of Matter devices directly through the Aqara Home app, with support for over 50 device types-all under unified control.
The M200 acts as a Thread border router, bridging it to your Wi-Fi or Ethernet network for seamless communication with smart speakers and hubs. It can also serve as a Thread mesh extender, extending the coverage and reliability of the Thread network.
The M200 functions as both an Aqara Zigbee hub and a Matter bridge. It connects Aqara Zigbee devices to major Matter ecosystems including Apple Home, Google Home, Alexa, SmartThings, and Home Assistant.
Advanced Matter Bridging goes beyond standard connectivity, it enables unique Aqara features to function on third-party ecosystems. In this way, you can use your favorite Aqara products to their fullest no matter which ecosystem you prefer.
Universal IR Remote Control
The 360°IR blaster* sends commands and can detect when your existing remote control is used, ensuring accurate status updates. It can also connect IR-based air conditioners to Matter**, enabling thermostat-like functionality when used with an Aqara Climate Sensor. For reliable operation, we recommend installing the hub near the AC unit.
*Please note: the infrared frequency is 38kHz
*Only one IR-controlled AC unit can be bridged to the AC mode function. For multiple AC units, please use the Advanced Matter Bridging functionality.

The M200 provides dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4/5 GHz) with advanced WPA3 security and flexible power options including Power over Ethernet (PoE) and USB-C.

Simple Yet Powerful Automations
Aqara Automations, recently upgraded to Automations 2.0, follow WHEN-IF-THEN logic for building strong and efficient automations. This allows for multiple device, situation, time and state conditions to be bundled into a single automation.
Supported local automations run within your network and can continue during internet outages. Migration of existing automations depends on the devices and features involved.
*Some automations, like cloud push notifications, still require a cloud connection.
Built-in Speaker with Custom Audio Compatibility
The Aqara Hub M200 features a 90dB built-in speaker that serves multiple purposes, including doorbell alerts, alarm clock functions, security alert, and custom audio recordings that you can upload into the hub.
Flexible Mounting Options
The M200 can be placed directly on a flat surface or mounted securely on a wall or ceiling using a standard 1/4-inch threaded bracket.
